Shipping Policy — Window Treatments by Grace

SHIPPING AREA
We currently ship to California and Nevada only. We do not ship to other states at this time.

SHIPPING COST
A flat shipping rate of $15.00 applies to all orders regardless of size or quantity.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME
All shades and blinds are custom-made to your exact measurements. Please allow 7–15 business days from the date of your order for production and delivery. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Window Treatments by Grace is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery at gracenicholson1968@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
