Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at gracenicholson1968@gmail.com with your order number.

After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled, as each product is custom-made specifically for your windows.

Custom Orders Are Final Sale

All shades and blinds are custom-made to the exact measurements, colors, and options selected during checkout.

Because every order is manufactured specifically for your home and cannot be resold, all custom orders are final sale. Once production has begun, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer-selected sizes, colors, or product options.

Customer Measurement Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate window measurements during checkout.

Window Treatments by Grace is not responsible for products manufactured using incorrect measurements provided by the customer. We strongly recommend reviewing our How to Measure guide before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing gracenicholson1968@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged or defective product
A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and typically respond within 1 business day. Verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

Warranty

All products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal residential use.

This warranty does not cover:

Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Improper installation
Misuse or abuse
Accidental damage
Alterations or modifications
Normal wear and tear

Color Disclaimer

We make every effort to display our product colors as accurately as possible.

However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, mobile devices, lighting conditions, and screen calibration. Minor color variations are not considered manufacturing defects.
