Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel, contact us immediately at gracenicholson1968@gmail.com with your order number. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer accepted.

Custom Orders Are Final Sale
All shades and blinds are custom-made to the exact measurements you provide at checkout. Because every order is built specifically for your windows and cannot be resold or reused, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.

Customer Measurement Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements at checkout. Window Treatments by Grace is not responsible for incorrect measurements entered by the customer. We strongly recommend watching our free measuring guide video before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at gracenicholson1968@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review and respond within 2 business days. Verified defects will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Warranty
All products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
